An air-layer fabric uses two knitted surfaces with internal space between them. This three-dimensional construction gives the fabric more volume, cushioning and structural stability than a conventional flat knit while helping retain body warmth.
Unlike a conventional single-layer nylon-spandex jersey, A3521 has an internal air-layer structure that provides greater thickness, fullness and thermal comfort. Its 280 g/m² weight also offers more substantial coverage for cool-weather garments.
A3521 is suitable for thermal leggings, fitted outdoor pants, long-sleeve training tops, base layers, zip-up jackets and coordinated cool-weather activewear sets. Its air-layer structure is particularly relevant to garments requiring warmth without a visibly heavy fleece surface.
The internal space between the fabric surfaces can hold a layer of air, helping slow the loss of body warmth compared with a thin flat-knit fabric.
Buyers should provide the selected colour, estimated quantity, garment application, required recycled-content documents, testing standards, destination and delivery schedule. They should also state whether they need sample yardage, custom dyeing or a Transaction Certificate so MOQ, price and lead time can be calculated accurately.
