No. A2081 is made from nylon and spandex. “Cotton-feel” describes its soft, comfortable and less slippery surface rather than its fibre composition. It provides a cotton-like tactile experience while retaining the flexibility of a synthetic activewear fabric.
A2081 has a softer, more cotton-like surface than conventional smooth or visibly shiny nylon fabrics. This gives activewear a more casual, comfort-focused appearance while maintaining four-way stretch for yoga, training and everyday movement.
Both fabrics provide a cotton-like hand feel and four-way stretch, but their compositions and specifications differ. A2081 is made from 87% nylon and 13% spandex at 240 g/m² and 165 cm wide, while A2023 is made from 73% polyester and 27% spandex at 250 g/m² and 155 cm wide. Buyers should compare their hand feel, stretch modulus, recovery, drape and garment performance before selection.
Yes. Buyers can request available swatches or sample yardage to assess the double-sided appearance, softness, drape, weight, stretch, recovery and sewing performance. A finished garment prototype is recommended to evaluate seam bulk, silhouette and wearing comfort.
Buyers should confirm the colour, cotton-like hand feel, surface uniformity, nominal weight, usable width, stretch, recovery, opacity and required colourfastness standards. For custom colours, a Pantone reference and approved lab dip are required, while MOQ and production lead time should be confirmed according to the colour and order quantity.
