A3799 is developed to combine recycled nylon with the stretch and recovery required for activewear. It offers brands an alternative to conventional virgin-nylon fabric while maintaining a soft, flexible construction for fitted tops and lightweight active layers.
Recycled content does not automatically indicate lower performance. Finished-fabric stretch, recovery, abrasion resistance, colourfastness and moisture management depend on yarn quality, knitting, dyeing and finishing and should be confirmed through testing.
Yes. Anruda holds valid GRS certification supporting the production of recycled fabrics. Certification documents can be provided for review. Buyers requiring product-level traceability should confirm the recycled-content declaration and Transaction Certificate arrangements before production.
A3799 is recommended for activewear T-shirts, fitted training tops, sports bras and lightweight stretch jackets. It may also be evaluated for cycling shorts or coordinated activewear pieces after confirming coverage, support and garment-specific performance.
Buyers should confirm the 75% nylon and 25% spandex composition, verified recycled content, 240 g/m² weight tolerance, usable width, colour, stretch, recovery and shrinkage. Sewing trials should evaluate needle selection, stitch elasticity, seam recovery and compatibility with trims or lining materials.
