What makes A3666 different from conventional polyester sportswear fabrics?→
Unlike conventional petroleum-based polyester sportswear fabrics, A3666 is made entirely from Sorona fiber, a performance polymer containing renewable plant-based ingredients. It provides brands with a differentiated material story while maintaining the lightweight comfort required for active tops.
What benefits does Sorona fiber provide in A3666?→
Sorona fiber is used to provide softness, durability and shape recovery while reducing dependence on conventional petroleum-based raw materials.
Does A3666 provide stretch without spandex?→
A3666 does not contain conventional spandex. Any stretch and recovery are provided by the SORONA® fiber and the knitted construction. Buyers should confirm lengthwise and crosswise stretch, elastic recovery and residual deformation before determining the required garment fit.
What should buyers confirm before bulk production?→
Buyers should confirm the Sorona fibre documentation, colour, hand feel, nominal weight, usable width, stretch, recovery and surface appearance. Required cooling, moisture-management, drying-time, dimensional-stability and colourfastness standards should also be agreed before production, and an approved physical sample should be retained as the bulk inspection reference.
