Ocean-recycled nylon refers to nylon made using recovered waste associated with marine or ocean-bound sources. It gives discarded nylon material a new use and helps reduce reliance on newly produced virgin nylon.
Unlike conventional activewear fabrics made primarily with virgin nylon, A3881 incorporates recycled-nylon positioning to provide a more environmentally responsible material option. It combines this sustainability value with a lightweight 140 g/m² construction, high spandex content and a close-to-body feel for active tops and intimate apparel.
A3881 is recommended for fitted activewear tops, lightweight training shirts, athleisure tops, next-to-skin base layers, underwear and soft sports intimates. Its lightweight construction is better suited to upper-body and close-to-skin applications than substantial compression leggings.
Yes. Buyers can request available swatches or sample yardage to assess the double-sided appearance, softness, drape, weight, stretch, recovery and sewing performance. A finished garment prototype is recommended to evaluate seam bulk, silhouette and wearing comfort.
Buyers should provide the selected colour, estimated quantity, garment application, required recycled-content documents, testing standards, destination and delivery schedule. They should also state whether they need sample yardage, custom dyeing or a Transaction Certificate so MOQ, price and lead time can be calculated accurately.
