At approximately 85 g/m², A3820 prioritizes featherlight comfort, breathability and a soft second-skin feel. It is better suited to light contouring and everyday foundation garments than high-control shapewear requiring firm compression.
Its lightweight structure and soft-touch finish are designed for next-to-skin comfort, making it suitable for bodysuits, underwear and lightweight foundation garments. Brands should still conduct wear trials and seam evaluations based on the intended garment design.
Opacity depends on the selected colour, garment fit and applied stretch. Because A3820 is an ultra-lightweight fabric, pale colours and highly stretched areas may provide less coverage. Buyers should conduct an opacity test using the intended colour and finished garment pattern.
We recommend testing stretch recovery, opacity, dimensional stability, colourfastness, seam performance and surface appearance. Finished garment trials should also assess fit and recovery around the bust, waist, seat, crotch and leg openings.
Please provide the product number A3820, intended garment application, required colour, estimated quantity, destination country, testing requirements and expected delivery schedule. MOQ, sample availability, pricing and production lead time can then be confirmed for the specific project.
