Modal contributes a smooth, skin-friendly touch, comfortable moisture absorption and fluid drape. These qualities help balance the substantial weight of A3627, allowing heavyweight trousers and coats to feel soft and comfortable rather than excessively stiff or coarse.
Polyester helps improve structure, durability and dimensional stability, while 8% spandex provides elasticity and movement. Together, the three fibres create a heavyweight modal blend that combines softness with the recovery and garment stability required for trousers and outerwear.
A3627 is recommended for women’s trousers and coats. It can also be evaluated for structured lounge pants, travel wear, substantial athleisure separates and soft transitional-season jackets requiring warmth, stretch and a polished silhouette.
Buyers can request a swatch or sample yardage to evaluate the modal softness, substantial hand feel, stretch, recovery, colour and drape. Converting the sample into trousers or a coat is recommended because garment construction can significantly affect the final silhouette and comfort.
Buyers should provide the required colour, order quantity, destination, intended garment, testing standards and delivery schedule. They should also state whether the enquiry is for sample yardage, an initial bulk order or a repeat order, as MOQ, pricing, lab-dip timing and production lead time may differ.
