Single-knit refers to a fabric constructed as one knitted layer rather than a double-knit or air-layer structure. This construction gives A3405 a lighter body, greater flexibility and a closer drape, making it suitable for garments worn next to the skin.
Its lightweight single-knit construction provides flexible drape, while the soft nylon surface supports comfortable skin contact. The 24% spandex content allows the fabric to follow the body closely, making it suitable for fitted T-shirts, underwear, base layers and stretch tops.
Depending on the target market, buyers may request tests for colourfastness to perspiration, rubbing and washing, as well as pH, restricted substances and dimensional stability. The required standards should be specified before sampling or bulk production.
We can provide available test records or discuss additional testing based on your target market and required standards. Please share the destination market and specific testing requirements with our team for confirmation.
Buyers should confirm the colour, cloud-soft hand feel, nominal weight, usable width, stretch, recovery, opacity and dimensional stability. MOQ, bulk lead time, colourfastness requirements and acceptable production tolerances should also be agreed, with an approved fabric and garment sample retained as the quality reference.
