A2975 combines a heavyweight 310 g/m² construction with a soft fleece surface and a high proportion of spandex. Compared with conventional smooth, unbrushed activewear fabrics, it provides a fuller hand feel, greater coverage and a warmer tactile experience for cool-weather garments.
The fleece surface creates a softer, more cushioned touch and helps retain a layer of air close to the garment. Compared with an unbrushed fabric of a similar construction, A2975 provides a warmer next-to-skin feel and a fuller appearance without being positioned as a rigid insulating material.
A2975 is recommended for thermal pants and stretch jackets. It can also be evaluated for winter leggings, warm-up sets, fitted outdoor layers and other cold-weather activewear requiring warmth, coverage and freedom of movement.
Yes. Buyers can request available swatches or sample yardage to assess the double-sided appearance, softness, drape, weight, stretch, recovery and sewing performance. A finished garment prototype is recommended to evaluate seam bulk, silhouette and wearing comfort.
Buyers should confirm the colour, fleece appearance, surface uniformity, hand feel, nominal weight, usable width, stretch, recovery and dimensional stability. Pilling resistance, abrasion resistance, fibre shedding and appearance after washing should also be evaluated, and an approved physical sample should be retained as the bulk inspection standard.
