A2584 combines a substantial 240 g/m² construction with a soft, fluffy feel on both sides. Compared with lightweight or smooth activewear fabrics, it provides greater body, coverage and cushioned softness for structured, comfort-focused garments.
The double-sided finish provides softness on both the garment exterior and the skin-facing surface. Compared with a conventional unbrushed fabric, A2584 offers a fuller, softer and more cushioned hand feel, while the unbrushed fabric generally has flatter, smoother and more compact surfaces.
Buyers should evaluate softness, surface uniformity, fibre shedding, pilling, abrasion resistance and appearance after washing. Both sides should be inspected to ensure that the approved hand feel and finish remain consistent across the usable width.
Yes. Buyers can request available swatches or sample yardage to evaluate the double-sided hand feel, weight, stretch, recovery, drape and sewing performance. A finished jacket or trouser sample is recommended before bulk approval.
Buyers should confirm the fibre composition, colour, double-sided hand feel, surface uniformity, weight, usable width, stretch and recovery. An approved physical sample should be retained as the reference for bulk production and quality inspection.
