What are the benefits of long-staple cotton?→
Long-staple cotton uses longer fibres that can be spun into finer and smoother yarns with fewer protruding fibre ends. This can contribute to a softer hand feel, cleaner surface and improved wearing comfort compared with coarser conventional cotton yarns.
How does A5046 differ from conventional cotton underwear fabric?→
A5046 combines fine 100s long-staple cotton yarn with 10% spandex and a lightweight 100 g/m² construction. It provides more elasticity and a closer body fit than non-stretch cotton fabric while retaining a natural cotton-rich hand feel.
What does the 10% spandex add to A5046?→
The spandex content adds elasticity, improves freedom of movement and helps close-fitting garments follow the body.
