A3106 combines a high modal content with a substantial 280 g/m² weight and brushed surface. Compared with lightweight cotton or polyester T-shirt fabrics, it provides a fuller, softer and more cushioned wearing experience suited to comfort-focused and cooler-weather tops.
What does the brushed finish add to A3106?→
The brushing process raises fine fibres on the fabric surface, creating a softer and slightly fuller touch. Compared with an unbrushed modal fabric, A3106 provides a more cushioned next-to-skin feel and a warmer tactile experience without automatically being classified as thermal fleece.
What garments are suitable for A3106?→
A3106 is primarily recommended for T-shirts. It can also be evaluated for long-sleeve tops, casual base layers, lounge tops and soft athleisure garments where a substantial weight and brushed modal touch are preferred.
What performance should buyers test for brushed modal fabric?→
Buyers should evaluate dimensional stability, pilling, fibre shedding, abrasion resistance, colourfastness and stretch recovery. Because modal-rich fabrics can respond differently to washing and moisture, shrinkage, surface appearance and hand feel should also be checked after repeated laundering.
